pFor an Italian industrial company operating worldwide, specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-performance engines and propulsion systems for the highway, off-road and marine business sectors, we are looking for a bPLATFORM MANAGER /b /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to the product platform, ensuring the achievement of project objectives in terms of timing, costs, quality, and performance, in collaboration with the various company functions and key technical and business stakeholders. /pulliManage the product platform roadmap and its evolution, ensuring alignment with business and market objectives; /liliCoordinate development and industrialization activities, liaising with Engineering, RD, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Product Management; /liliMonitor timing, costs, quality, performance, and risks associated with development programs; /liliEnsure coordination among different projects and manage their technical and organizational interdependencies; /liliManage key project milestones and support decision‑making processes through analysis and reporting; /liliIdentify issues, risks, and opportunities,



defining and monitoring the related corrective actions; /liliFoster alignment among internal and external stakeholders, including in international environments; /liliContribute to defining platform evolution strategies and related investment priorities; /liliEnsure compliance with company standards and requirements applicable to the relevant industry. /li /ulpbRequisiti: /b /pulliUniversity degree in Engineering or a related discipline; /liliExperience in Platform Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles within structured automotive or industrial companies; /liliSolid knowledge of product development processes and the main project/program management methodologies; /liliAbility to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, and projects characterized by a high degree of technical complexity; /liliGood command of English; /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; /liliAnalytical approach, decision‑making autonomy, and strong results orientation. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
