pWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Speaking Generalist to work on a full-time basis. The role involves handling general support tasks and communications for a global platform. Tasks include assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels. /li liAssist users with account setup, verification, and general platform navigation. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties. /li liMaintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalte and resolve complex user issues. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3 ul liFluency in spoken and written English is required. /li liPrior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles is preferred.
