In this role you drive long-term customer relationships and deliver total solutions for energy-efficient buildings. You will engage with building owners and collaborate with colleagues to support our sustainability-focused mission. You solve problems, identify opportunities, and shepherd the sales process from inquiry to contract. - Acquire customers and orders for service products
- Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support customer growth and loyalty through ongoing assistance
- Follow company strategy for customer channels, product mix, and selling levels
- Track and report opportunities in Trane's customer database
- Prepare and review contract terms using standard templates
- Present proposals to customers and manage purchasing follow-ups
- Develop and discuss potential solutions with customers
- Achieve sales and customer development quotas through service focus and acquisition
- 3-5 years of industrial sales experience (preferably HVAC)
- Market intelligence and understanding of competition xysqume
- Proven ability to deliver sales results
- Thermodynamic basics (refrigerant circuit, compressors)
- Advocates for customers with trust-building and value delivery
- Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for consultative selling
- Relationship and trust-building capacity
- Team player who aims for collective goals
- Striving for excellence
- Fluent Italian and communicative English (min. B2)
