Italy Pass Tours is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence and drive real growth, engagement, and tour bookings.

Strict Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of directly relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Relevant certificates and verifiable proof of professional experience are mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, Reels, TikToks, and measurable results.
- Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with strong working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Ability to independently plan strategies, film, edit, create, and publish engaging content.




- Must be confident on camera and willing to appear in videos and participate in tours.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience growth, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
