In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations.What you’ll do:Support terminal operations from the back office during your shiftCoordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading listsCommunicate with wagon masters,
railway companies and shunting operationsCheck documents and match reservations / container IDsMonitor operations and train status; report delays and issues earlyEnsure safety rules and procedures are followedDriving licenceBExperience inlogistics / operations management (or similar)Good IT skills (TOS / ERP or similar systems)Languages:Italian and goodEnglishStrong organization, clear communication, problem-solving mindsetWhy us?Being part of CargoBeamer means being part of something great.
