pEdge – Eurosearch Consultants Division, on behalf of a Italian company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of workwear and PPE, with an international presence, serving its markets through a network of distributors across the Ho.Re.Ca., Building Construction and Industrial channels, as well as directly addressing corporate customers, is looking for an: /ppbEXPORT MANAGER – EUROPE /b /ph3Posizione /h3pThe bExport Manager will lead a team of 6 people /b, comprising Back Office staff and Export Area Managers, and will drive commercial growth through market analysis, the development of strategic partnerships and the optimization of sales performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing international sales strategies, managing the commercial budget, expanding into new markets and enhancing the efficiency of the distribution network. /ph3Requisiti /h3pbRequirements: /b /pulliDegree in Economics, Marketing, International Business or equivalent experience /lili8+ years of experience in international sales in European markets, preferably within B2B environments with international distribution networks /liliProven experience in managing international distributors and commercial negotiations /liliStrong experience in Ho.re.ca,
