It also serves global brands as an ODM service provider. /li liOur international team shares a common goal: making renewable energy accessible and supporting local communities worldwide. /li /ul pbHow you’ll help us: /b /p ul liProvide technical troubleshooting support to distributors, installers, EPCs, and customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels. /li liDeliver technical training sessions, webinars, and product presentations to distributors, installers, service partners, and internal colleagues. /li liProvide technical support during customer meetings and pre-sales activities when required. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and service partners. /li liCollaborate with the Sales team to support customer relationships and business development. /li liWork closely with Product Management, RD, and headquarters to resolve technical issues and improve products and processes.
/li liMonitor relevant Italian technical regulations and grid-code requirements. /li liSupport the qualification, onboarding, and management of authorized service partners. /li liDocument technical cases and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. /li /ul pbLocation: /b Remote within Italy /p pbEmployment type: /b Full-time /p pbTravel: /b Regular travel within Italy and occasional international travel /p pbYour background and skills: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liPrevious experience in technical support, commissioning, after-sales service, application engineering, or a similar technical role is preferred. /li liExperience in the photovoltaic, renewable energy, or electrical industry is an advantage. /li liExperience with PV inverters, energy storage systems, or EV chargers is beneficial but not mandatory. /li liExperience working with distributors, installers, or EPC companies is an advantage. /li liGood understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, and/or EV charging solutions. /li liKnowledge of electrical standards and grid-code requirements is an advantage. /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
