We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, and understands that even the smallest details can make a big difference in a customer's experience. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliGreet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. /liliAssist customers upon arrival and help direct them to the appropriate department or team member. /liliProvide a high level of hospitality throughout the customer's dealership experience. /liliAnswer customer questions and assist with general dealership information. /liliFollow up with customers regarding their experience and help ensure their needs have been addressed. /liliAssist with incoming phone calls and customer inquiries as needed. /liliBuild positive relationships with customers and help create a comfortable dealership environment. /liliIdentify customer concerns and work with management or the appropriate department to help resolve issues promptly. /liliAssist with customer satisfaction initiatives and dealership events. /liliHelp maintain a clean,
