pPharmaceutical Cosmetic Process Equipment /ppbOLSA /b is an engineering and manufacturing company specialized in the design, development and production of high-technology equipment and complete process systems for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic and fine chemical industries. /ppWe are looking for a bSenior Mechanical Designer /b with solid experience in the design of bpressure vessels, tanks and process equipment /b, capable of working within a highly regulated environment and ensuring full compliance with international design codes and standards. /ppThis role requires a strong technical background in mechanical design, pressure equipment regulations and engineering calculations, combined with a practical manufacturing-oriented mindset. /pulliDesign and develop bpressure vessels, tanks and process equipment /b in compliance with applicable international standards. /liliPerform mechanical design activities according to bPED 2014/68/EU /b, bASME Section VIII /b, and related codes and standards. /liliReview customer specifications and User Requirement Specifications (URS) to identify applicable regulatory and technical requirements. /liliPrepare and maintain technical documentation, design dossiers and manufacturing drawings. /liliInterface with bNotified Bodies /b, inspection agencies and customers during design reviews and certification processes. /liliDesign mechanical systems including agitators, mixers, lifting devices and supporting steel structures. /liliSupport product standardization and simplification initiatives to improve scalability and manufacturing efficiency. /liliMonitor and implement updates related to international pressure equipment regulations and industry standards.
/liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliStrong knowledge of the design principles of bpressure vessels and pressure-containing equipment /b. /liliProven experience applying bPED 2014/68/EU /b requirements and conformity assessment procedures. /liliGood understanding of bASME Section VIII Division 1 and/or Division 2 /b. /liliFamiliarity with pressure vessel calculations, material selection and mechanical integrity requirements. /liliExperience working with certification bodies and technical authorities. /liliAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /liliStrong ownership, attention to detail and "right-first-time" approach. /liliProfessional proficiency in English. /liliAdvanced use of bSolidWorks /b and preparation of production drawings. /liliDegree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. /liliMinimum b5 years of experience /b in mechanical design. /liliProven experience in the design of bpressure vessels, process tanks, reactors or similar process equipment /b. /liliExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, food or chemical process industries will be considered a strong plus. /liliKnowledge of bEN 13445 /b, pressure equipment certification processes and international regulatory frameworks is highly appreciated. /liliExperience with rotating equipment (mixers, agitators, drives) is considered a plus. /liliYou'll play a key role in the development of highly engineered process equipment used by leading pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies worldwide, contributing to technically challenging projects where engineering quality, compliance and innovation are essential. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
