Overview
In this role you will manage regional key accounts and engage with healthcare stakeholders to raise awareness of CSL Seqirus vaccines. You will work with agencies, payors, hospitals, and KOLs to support stakeholder engagement and tender activities, contributing to sustainable regional growth. You will collaborate across Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Public Affairs to execute aligned commercial strategies. You will influence policy and market insights, shaping access to innovative vaccine solutions. This position offers meaningful impact in public health and a global biotech environment.

Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with regional key accounts, KOLs and healthcare stakeholders
- Understand account needs and craft strategies aligned with CSL Seqirus objectives
- Promote products,



support tender participation and drive business development to meet regional sales targets
- Monitor regional policy, procurement and market developments and share insights
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, proposals, and communications for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Communications and Public Affairs for aligned execution

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- Knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical market, healthcare environment and regulations
- Experience in key account management, stakeholder engagement, market access, tender management or regional healthcare relationships
- Experience translating insights into actionable strategies
- Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency
