La risorsa, affiancata e formata inizialmente, si occuperà di:
- accogliere la clientela con cortesia e disponibilità;
- raccogliere e gestire le ordinazioni;
- preparare prodotti e bevande nel rispetto delle procedure previste;
- svolgere attività di cassa e gestione dei pagamenti;
- consegnare gli ordini e supportare il servizio alla clientela;
- curare il riordino e la pulizia della sala, delle postazioni e degli spazi di lavoro;
- applicare le procedure HACCP e le disposizioni in materia di igiene e sicurezza;
- collaborare con colleghi e colleghe per garantire un servizio rapido e strutturato.
