Job DescriptionThe Country Manager, reporting directly to the Group's President will be responsible of the following tasks:
- Provides vision and guidance to ensure alignment with company goals and values, based on profitability, client satisfaction and long term growth
- Formulates and implements business strategies to drive growth,leveraging on a regional presence and supply chain
- Manages P&L;, budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Leads and mentors the management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.




- Liaise directly with Global HQ and deploys locally their standards and performing practices.

The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has a Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with a natural leadership, proven track record in achieving results in entrepreneurial environments, goal orientation, strong drive and decision making skills.
An excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills, will allow He or She to challenge and review the Operations performance, drive the growth needed by working with the talented management team.
Fluency in English is a must.
