About the Role
We are seeking a highly dedicated Client Advisor to join the prestigious Burberry team at Milan La Rinascente. This role is pivotal in cultivating meaningful and lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, providing an exemplary personalised service that encapsulates the essence of Burberry’s heritage and contemporary luxury. Reporting directly to Store Management, you will play a key role in driving sales performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects Burberry’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Service and Sales Excellence
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets alongside other core commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver an extraordinary luxury service by passionately sharing the Burberry story, inspiring clients and creating a deep affinity for the brand and its fashion-forward collections.
- Engage clients through an expert understanding of products, styling, and fashion trends,
tailoring recommendations to meet their unique tastes and requirements.
- Manage the complete client journey by:
- Creating an exceptional and welcoming first impression.
- Identifying and understanding client needs through attentive and empathetic communication.
- Presenting products with styling expertise to enhance the client’s experience.
- Effectively closing sales while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain client engagement post-sale by providing high-quality after-sales support including follow-ups and personalised communication.
- Support daily store operations to uphold the highest luxury standards in both customer-facing and back-of-house environments.
- Assist in product replenishment, oversee inventory accuracy, manage markdowns, and ensure the stockroom is well organised and efficient.
- Strictly adhere to Burberry policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience.
