Posizione:Honda Motor Europe is looking for a Sales Area Manager (OEM) to support the development of OEM business within the Marine Division. Reporting to the EU Country Sales & Boat Builder Department Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with OEM partners and Boat Builders, and enhancing Honda's market presence across Europe. Extensive travel within the assigned market area is required.




Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage OEM sales activities to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, Boat Builders, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement effective countermeasures where needed.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Support OEM marketing initiatives, co-marketing projects, trade shows, and industry events.
- Coordinate forecasts, orders, and delivery follow-up with internal sales administration, logistics, and planning teams.
- Manage technical and product-related requirements by liaising with engineering, rigging, and aftersales departments.
