- Over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within leading FMCG multinational companies or the electronics retail sector
- Proven ability to drive business growth across diverse trade channels
- Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Fluent in Italian, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach
- Sales experience considered a valuable asset
- Based in Milan area
What we'll give you in return:
The salary range for this position is EUR 50,000 – EUR 58,000 gross annual fixed compensation (RAL), corresponding to Level B3 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni's objective, gender-neutral career framework.
In addition to the fixed salary, you will be eligible for a variable compensation plan linked to company performance and incentive programmes. The overall package also includes home-working and mobile phone allowances, private healthcare coverage, and a broad range of welfare and employee benefits.
