Keep reading - we may be looking for exactly your profile What you'll do * Drive the growth and development of your assigned Off-Trade customers, ensuring strong performance across both sell-in and sell-out. * Manage the key commercial levers- including assortment, shelf presence, visibility and promotional activities to unlock sustainable growth. * Develop and execute plans for new product launches, with a strong focus on listings, distribution and promotional strategy. * Demonstrates deep knowledge of all P&L; drivers and commercial levers,



using financial analysis to build value-based negotiations and optimize framework agreements. * Deliver accurate monthly customer forecasts in line with Demand Planning timelines and requirements. * Build and present Customer Plans for top customers, providing regular updates during Quarterly Business Reviews with Senior Management. * Analyse sell-in, sell-out, promotional and forecasting data, translating insights into clear and actionable plans. * Oversee point-of-sale execution, working closely with the field sales force and local stakeholders to ensure agreed activities and investments are implemented effectively. * Define and implement the full 4P marketing mix strategy for your customers. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics and other teams to deliver an integrated customer approach.
