Overview Join the ASPIRE Supply Chain program to accelerate your early-career growth through two years of rotations, coaching, and cross-functional projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, quality, and HSE while completing a structured training curriculum with Lean Six Sigma, APICS, and supply-chain processes. You'll network globally, lead program initiatives, and tackle real business challenges in a collaborative environment. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and leadership development, within Baker Hughes' energy transition mission.
