and early engagement activities * Interpret client specifications and translate to compliant, cost-effective technical solutions * Develop and review mechanical designs, layouts, and documentation for subsea systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing, sourcing, commercial and project engineering * Provide technical support to commercial teams during bid preparation and client presentations * Ensure solutions meet industry standards (API, ISO), internal practices, and customer requirements * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Support risk assessments, design reviews, and lessons learned activities Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline * Proven experience in mechanical design or application engineering within subsea oil & gas * Strong understanding of Subsea Production Systems, including Subsea Christmas Tr
