ensuring nothing is lost, delayed, or misdirected /liliMaintain the studio schedule, balancing short-turnaround requests against longer production cycles without dropping either /liliAnticipate capacity pinch points and flag them early so the team can plan rather than react /liliCoordinate with the Creative Director and Brand Leads to align on priorities when demand exceeds capacity, ensuring decisions are made with full visibility of the workload rather than in isolation /liliTrack work in progress across the full team, flagging bottlenecks and resolving them before they become delays.
