Your responsibilities * Support product development, research and innovation activities through experimental trials * Plan and coordinate the use of the pilot plant * Manage maintenance activities and provide technical oversight of machinery and equipment * Manage materials, ingredients and warehouse stocks * Prepare documentation and reports Your profile Experience as a baker,
