In this role you will shape brand strategy, segment markets, and define tactical plans to drive brand goals. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to launch in new segments and measure impact of marketing activities. You will leverage market insights from HCPs and patient stakeholders to inform strategy. The position balances strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, guiding agencies and ensuring timely, on-budget results. - Shape brand strategy with the team lead and identify market segments and messaging for launches
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for assigned products
- Coordinate with external communications review committee for customer-facing materials




- Generate and consolidate insights from market research and stakeholder input
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to achieve business goals
- Establish metrics to assess tactic impact in the field
- Lead and manage agency partners to ensure on-budget, timely deliverables
- Act as advisor/coach to mentoring team members
- Direct experience with communications review committee processes
- Ability to translate insights into business opportunities
