About The Role
RubyLabs is looking for a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join one of our product growth teams. You'll work directly with our Senior CRO Manager, turning a fast-moving testing roadmap into live experiments, new landing pages, and new funnels.
This is an execution role first.
You'll take hypotheses from idea to live test - building the designs yourself with AI tools, setting up the experiments, and keeping the pipeline moving - while bringing your own test ideas to the table. The more your judgment proves out, the more of the roadmap you own.
Responsibilities
Build new landing pages and funnels: create alternative landing page variants and funnel flows to test messaging, structure, and offers.
Prepare designs with Claude: turn hypotheses into experiment mockups and variants using AI tools, without waiting on a designer.
Set up experiments: configure A/B tests, define success metrics, and verify tracking before anything goes live.
Manage the experiment pipeline: keep tickets clear and prioritized, brief engineers, and follow each test from setup to rollout.
Contribute test ideas: study the funnel, competitors, and user behavior, and bring hypotheses to the roadmap alongsi
