About The Role In our stream Real Estate & Procurement Management we support the business area's by focusing on the next processes:
Real Estate Planning - real estate capacity planning, workplace management, lease evaluations.
Property Management - real estate projects, rent and services charges management,
real estate cost allocations, lease agreement administration.
Facility Management - facility management service providers, facility management procurement, customer service requests, building security management, building and property operations & maintenance.
Performance Management - Portfolio Optimization, real estate savings reporting, benchmarking projects, energy consumption & sustainability reporting.
Procurement Management - supplier relationship management, sourcing and purchasing, vendor registration, global & regional saving initiatives, support with global implementation projects.
Region WSEE (West, South & East Europe) is one of 11 Regions, including 2 Global Centers (Gdynia, Pune).
Our diverse Team consists of 6 professionals who are based in Arnhem (3), Madrid (1) and Vimercate (2).
Our regional scope is West, South & East Europe which contains 21 Countries with in total of 52
