We're now looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Founding Sales Team and help accelerate our B2B growth.
This is an opportunity to work directly with our Founder & CEO, take ownership of business development activities,
and play a key role in building our commercial organization from the ground up.
What You'll Do As a BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging healthcare decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, including private clinics, rehabilitation centers, healthcare groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Outbound Sales: Execute multichannel outreach strategies through LinkedIn, personalized emails, and cold calling.
Account Mapping: Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CEOs, Medical Directors, Innovation Managers, and healthcare executives.
Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs, organizational challenges, and purchasing processes.
Pipeline Development: Generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demonstrations with the CEO or Account Executive.
