Are you a customer-focused Sales Engineer with the technical expertise and commercial mindset to influence customer designs and drive sustainable business growth? As a Sales Engineer, you will develop and manage customer relationships across Italy while identifying new opportunities among existing and prospective customers. You will leverage technical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills to create long-term value for customers while contributing to profitable business growth. The role supports customers across strategic markets including Industrial, Automotive & Transportation, Home Appliance, Aerospace & Defence, Datacom, and other emerging applications.

What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits with customers, prospective customers, distributors, and partners across Italy. Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while driving revenue, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion. Develop trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, design, and commercial stakeholders. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
