Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) for People & Culture. This 18-month program offers hands-on experience across P&C; activities, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to prepare you for future leadership within the organization.
You will work alongside the P&C; team, support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and development initiatives while upholding Four Seasons standards and discretion. English proficiency required; Italian is a plus.
