Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, generate business opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and support sales growth. The role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development and other stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Strategy
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Implement marketing campaigns across digital, offline and trade channels.
- Coordinate product, brand and corporate communication initiatives.
- Track marketing activities, budgets, timelines and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Visibility and Building
- To raise market share and brand awareness
- Organize and manage all customer events, exhibitions, seminars, trainings, road shows in line with the marketing plan
- Manage and monitor the digital marketing strategy for the region – including social media management,
email marketing and webinars
- Content Management both online and print campaigns (brochures, press releases, videos, website material etc.)
- Marketing campaigns in CRM using various metrics and its effective
Branding Collaterals
- Design and Distribution of Branding Collaterals
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, business development, technical) to understand the business priorities (products, market segments, customer groups, opportunities mix etc) and using these inputs to improve/better align the marketing strategy & mix
Market Intelligence
- Analyse Industry and customer behavior to define the approach to brand building
