THE ROLE
For our manufacturing plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), employing more than 800 people, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join us on a fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement.
The People Partner will support the business locally by partnering with managers and employees across a broad range of HR topics, including employee relations, labor relations, talent processes, and the implementation of key HR programs.
Main Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations and Compliance
Ensure the fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices in order to mitigate risk and promote a positive employee experience.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to review and apply work-related procedures and address workplace concerns with integrity, empathy, and responsiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
2. Union and Works Council Relations
Collaborate with union representatives and business leaders to ensure compliance with labor agreements, support the resolution of labor disputes, and contribute to labor negotiations.
Provide guidance on contract interpretation while fostering constructive labor-management relationships.
3. HR Program Implementation
Lead the local execution of core HR programs, including employee surveys, performance management, year-end compensation planning, recognition init
