As a Digital Verification Engineer at Bosch Sensortec, you verify complex Digital and Mixed-Signal ASICs using modern verification methods and AI-assisted workflows. You will build scalable verification environments to ensure first-silicon quality and robust product performance. You’ll collaborate with a global, cross-functional engineering network to influence the full product lifecycle from concept to qualification. - Verify advanced Digital and Mixed-Signal ASICs using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools
- Develop scalable, reusable verification environments to enable first silicon success
- Apply functional and formal verification techniques to improve reliability and performance
- Collaborate with international engineers across multiple locations
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle from concept to qualification
- Document and improve verification processes and best practices
- 5+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience
- Proficiency in UVM, formal verification, and directed verification
- Solid understanding of digital design (VHDL/Verilog, Digital IP)
- Experience building/debugging verification environments for complex designs
- Hands-on with state-of-the-art simulation, verification, and EDA tools
- Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal modeling (wreal, MATLAB/Simulink, SystemC)
- Power-aware verification and UPF
- Ability to apply AI-assisted engineering workflows to verification
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
