YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Group Internal Communication & Engagement Manager, reporting to the Director, Group Leadership, Talent & Engagement, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the Group’s internal communication and employee engagement agenda, fostering alignment, connection and a shared sense of purpose across the organization.
Working closely with senior leaders, including the Group CEO and Group Chief People Officer, you will translate business priorities into impactful communication and engagement initiatives, contributing to a consistent, engaging and inspiring employee experience across our international organization.
More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate and implement the Group internal communication strategy, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate executive communication activities, including leadership messages, Group CEO updates and strategic corporate communications.
- Develop communication formats, tools and channels that enhance employee awareness, understanding and engagement.
- Partner with HR, Corporate Communication and business stakeholders to communicate key initiatives and organizational updates effectively.
- Lead the annual employee engagement survey
