Detailed Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and manage an individual sales plan aligned to territory objectives, including target account selection, lead qualification, pipeline development and accurate forecasting. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers through proactive contact management, regular customer visits, and structured follow-up using CRM tools. * Conduct discovery meetings to understand application requirements, technical specifications,
budget constraints and timelines; translate customer needs into a clear value proposition. * Plan and deliver compelling product demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring presentations to both technical and commercial stakeholders and addressing questions and objections. * Coordinate and support evaluations, trials and proof-of-concept activities as needed, ensuring technical feasibility and documenting outcomes to support customer decision-making. * Select and configure appropriate equipment and solution options to meet customer requirements, ensuring compatibility with the customer environment and compliance with relevant standards. * Prepare high-quality commercial offers and detailed financial proposals, including pricing, configuration, scope of supply, delivery terms and any service components. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., applications/engineering, operations and service) to validate technical soluti
