In this role you will handle complaints, build strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty. You will advise customers on processing orders, product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes. You will play a key role in solving customers’ queries and support our sales team to ensure efficient and flawless service. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReceive and process orders and requests from customers /liliCollect and analyze customer feedback /liliWork with clients and other departments to ensure orders are processed correctly /liliResolve issues, inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints,
or direct them to sales representatives or technical service areas /liliProvide back‑office support to the Sales Department as per the responsibility framework /liliProvide information to customers regarding the status of orders, claims and technical issues /liliCommunicate with other Hempel offices worldwide as required for order placement and supply /liliHandle external invoicing and archive records /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in customer service or a related activity /liliKnowledge of the paint sector is valuable but not required /liliAbility to work as part of a team and autonomously /liliExperience using ERP systems /liliUnderstanding of the life cycle of a purchase order placement, from start to finish /liliAbility to maintain a high level of productivity in a lively customer‑care environment /liliSelf‑motivated and able to follow best practices in sales processes /liliProficient in Microsoft applications /liliStrong communication skills – verbal and written – in Italian and English
