pThe Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the operational and administrative management of customer orders within the Mass Market (GDO) channel, ensuring a high level of service and supporting coordination among customers, sales teams, logistics, supply planning, and finance. The role involves monitoring the entire order lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective resolution of any issues that may arise. /p pWe are partnering with a leading international Personal Care company to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. /p h3Description /h3 ul liManage the order entry and order monitoring process across different channels. /li liEnsure the smooth flow of information between customers, sales teams, logistics, and supply chain functions. /li liHandle issues related to deliveries, returns, and customer complaints. /li liVerify the accuracy of commercial agreements and promotional conditions applied to customer orders. /li liCreate and maintain customer master data records. /li liSupport administrative activities related to orders,



invoicing (invoices and credit notes), and customer contracts. /li liPrepare reports and analyses also using Excel on service levels, backlog, deliveries, and customer performance. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to ensure service objectives are achieved for key Modern Trade retail accounts. /li liManage day-to-day operational communications with Italian customers. /li liProvide support to supply chain activities when required /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pA successful Customer Service Specialist should have: /p ul liHigh School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. /li liPrevious experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Commercial Back Office roles. /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, reporting). /li liStrong attention to detail
