you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across Southern Europe. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth. /p pbPlease note: this is a 1 year fixed term contract /b /p pbWhat You Will Do /b /p ul libEmployee Experience Lifecycle Support: /b Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience. /li libComplex Employee Relations Terminations: /b Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation. /li libPartner Management: /bBuild and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors. /li libInternational HR C
