Your Job Are you a customer-focused Sales Engineer with the technical expertise and commercial mindset to influence customer designs and drive sustainable business growth? As a Sales Engineer, you will develop and manage customer relationships across Italy while identifying new opportunities among existing and prospective customers. This field-based role requires extensive customer engagement, enabling you to understand application requirements, recommend Molex solutions, and secure design-in opportunities. You will leverage technical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills to create long-term value for customers while contributing to profitable business growth. The role supports customers across strategic markets including Industrial, Automotive & Transportation, Home Appliance, Aerospace & Defence, Datacom, and other emerging applications.
