Sheraton Milan San Siro is hiring through Hosco in Milan. The candidate will be placed in the Front Office department and will learn to perform the following tasks: * Welcome and assist guests * Support room assignments and check-in/check-out * Manage reservations * Provide information and assistance to customers * Handle phone calls * Support in managing guest requests and complaints * Complete basic administrative tasks and records * Communicate with other departments to meet guest needs Requirements Good communication skills Customer-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus) Ability to work in a team At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
