The holder of this position may, at any time, be called to perform any other cognate duties at the request of management. /ph3Quality Management System Support: /h3ulliAssist the General Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the resort's Quality Management System (QMS). /liliEnsure all departments are compliant with our C Resorts Minimum standards /liliConduct regular internal audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement /li /ulh3Guest Satisfaction: /h3ulliMonitor guest satisfaction levels (GSS/GRI) through our ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform, direct interactions through internal Messaging system /liliWork closely with the team to resolve any quality-related issues.
/liliRespond to Guests comments, reviews and complaints /liliCollaborate with the team to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty /li /ulh3Data Collection and Analysis: /h3ulliCollect, analyse, and report on data related to quality performance metrics. /liliPrepare detailed reports on audit findings and quality performance for the General Manager. /liliTrack and analyse guest feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement. /li /ulh3Training and Development: /h3ulliActively participate in all trainings provided for personal development. /liliAssist in the development and delivery of quality-related training programs for staff. /liliPrepare documentation for training on quality as required /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement: /h3ulliCollaborate with department heads to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. /liliAssist in the identification and implementat
