/li liSupervise the preparation of the order execution programme, requests all the resources necessary to implementing the project according to the times and quantities necessary and prepares orders. /li liDefine, together with the dedicated functions, the different modalities for resource procurement (in-house work / outsourcing; purchase, etc.). /li liDetermine the objectives in agreement with contractual conditions (costs, timing and quality), the scope of work and the corporate policy for managing the order. /li liCooperate with other functions for issue of Technical Specifications and solving technical aspects. /li liElaborate the Procurement Plan, defines, with the support of other functions (e.g. Material Management), the level of criticality of components, co-ordinates with the Procurement function for the solution of problems regarding the purchase of critical items. /li liKeep the material requisition list upd
