you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service Team – Cluster Industrial and Personal Electronics. This role is strategic in our customer experience and operational excellence to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the entire end to end process. The new team member will play key role in delivering an exceptional service level to customers, improving responsiveness, building long-term customer relationships and enabling our sales team to focus on the business growth. /ph3Main tasks: /h3ulliManage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. /liliServe as primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support. /liliCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality to resolve customer issues efficiently. /liliMonitor order execution, identify potential risks and drive timely corrective actions. /liliHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. /liliContribute to c
