pIn this role you will support pre-sales and post-sales activities for electron microscopy sample preparation, delivering expert demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization. You will liaise with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and RD to drive customer success and adoption of advanced workflows across the EMEA region. The position is remote with significant travel, based in the Milan area to serve regional customers. You’ll contribute to scientific content, reference workflows, and CRM documentation to enable growth. /pulliDeliver pre-sales and post-sales application support via on-site and virtual demonstrations /liliPlan and run customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions on EM sample prep workflows /liliContribute to marketing content for webinars, conferences, and promotional materials /liliDevelop application data, success stories,
