from sourcing and contracting to service quality follow-up and cost control. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on labor relations and basic legal aspects, in coordination with the local HR Business Partner and the shared service center. /li liManage HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. /li liDeliver compliant, efficient and business-focused HR support daily. /li liDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and optimize costs. /li liPrioritize and collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices, harmonize processes and leverage synergies to improve service delivery. /li liPartner with Talent Acquisition to implement Employer Branding initiatives aligned with business needs. /li liSupport managers in anticipating staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and contingent workforce planning accordingly. /li
