h3About the Role /h3pThe Supply Demand Planner role at Onitsuka Tiger acts as the one-stop point of contact for demand planning and supply planning needs. The role includes developing, delivering and reporting on detailed demand plans that balance customer wants with global strategy, while working closely with a diverse group of colleagues to build plans all departments support. The role considers budget, product and factory constraints while maximising positive results for key stakeholders, and is based in Milan, reporting to the Merchandising Manager, Onitsuka Tiger. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop demand forecasts and manage the planning calendar with related departments. /liliBuild knowledge of forecast drivers by interacting with buying, sales, marketing and finance teams. /liliReview historical sales trends to prepare forecast data and evaluate future results. /liliTranslate the demand plan into an effective supply plan. /liliRegularly communicate with the global head office and liaise with support teams where needed.
/liliSupport any other tasks that may be necessary and requested. /li /ulh3Required Experience Qualifications /h3ulliA Bachelor's degree in a related field. /liliExperience in the retail industry. /liliAt least 5 years' experience in a similar role. /liliFamiliarity with supply chain and sales processes. /liliProficiency in forecasting and understanding of its financial implications. /liliOutstanding analytical, planning and inventory control skills. /liliAdvanced experience with MS Excel. /liliSeasoned supply chain expertise with strong forecasting skills, balancing contingency planning with the business's bottom line. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliProactive, can-do attitude. /liliSolution-driven mindset with considered decision-making and willingness to take on challenges. /liliStrong organisational skills and ability to flourish in a structured work environment. /liliCritical thinking skills with attention
