McCone Properties
• No experience required — we train you from zero and handle your RERA licensing
• Relocate to Dubai and start a career in real estate within weeks
• Commission only, tax free — our top earner made US$2.9 million last year
• No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder — leads handed to you every day
The job you are training for is simple to describe and hard to do: help clients buy, sell and rent property in Dubai. A two-week academy first, then the floor, with a mentor beside you.
Why join McCone
• Our AI-powered CRM and tools have new agents closing deals in their first weeks
• A two-week academy with a UK-certified trainer, then a mentor with 15+ years in Dubai property
• Your RERA licence and private health insurance paid for
• Premium Property Finder listings and a marketing team behind you
• 4.8★ from 1,133 Google reviews — a name clients already trust
The honest part
The average agent here earned US$112,000 last year, tax free; US$2.9 million is our best year, not the usual one. There is no salary, so arrive with around six months of savings while you build your pipeline.
What It Takes
• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Hunger and dedication
• Discipline — you are building your own business here
If you have the hunger, we have the rest. Apply — we read every application.
