As a Mergers Acquisitions Specialist, you will serve as a trusted Financial Due Diligence advisor throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to deal completion and post-merger integration. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport acquisitions from the early evaluation stages through closing and post-deal integration activities /liliPartner closely with Accenture's Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development teams /liliAnalyze target companies' financial performance, profitability,
