/p ul liManaging customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines /li liSupporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts /li liEnsuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers /li liCooperating closely with Back Office, Sales Team and other internal departments /li liMonitoring requests, complaints and escalations until resolution /li liUpdating customer information and documentation in internal systems /li liManaging front office administrative and operational activities /li liEnsuring a proactive, professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Customer Service, Front Office or similar roles /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liCustomer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities /li liAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment /li liGood English language skills, both written and spoken /li liGerman langu
