Employee Relations and Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure the fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices in order to mitigate risk and promote a positive employee experience. /li liPartner with Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to review and apply work-related procedures and address workplace concerns with integrity, empathy, and responsiveness. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to people leaders on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. /li /ul h32.
