The front office is the first contact — often the only one — a guest or an owner has with Dolomitissime. You build the experience that brings guests back every year, one booking at a time.
What you'll do
- Manage the front office and welcome clients
- Handle bookings: phone, e-mail, online channels
- Use the management software for holiday rentals
- Manage arrivals and departures
- Find and sign new contracts with owners
What we ask
- Good English (other languages are a plus)
- Good digital and organisational skills
- A flair for dealing with the public
- Flexibility, precision and team spirit
- Own car
