We source, process, and commercialize high-quality European-farmed seaweed, including sugar kelp, sea lettuce, dulse, and other marine ingredients, supplying food manufacturers, ingredient distributors, and industrial customers across European and international markets.
Our portfolio includes fresh, frozen, dried, and processed seaweed ingredients, offering manufacturers innovative solutions for natural flavor enhancement, nutritional enrichment, and functional food applications.
Alongside our industrial ingredients business, we develop consumer food products under our Ocean Healthy Bites brand.

Role Description




We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the expansion of KelpEat's B2B ingredients business.
The successful candidate will focus on identifying new commercial opportunities, developing relationships with industrial customers, and supporting the growth of our European and international customer portfolio.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, collaborating directly with our commercial, technical, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the food ingredients, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, and related industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, ingredient distributors, and industrial partners.
- Conduct market research and identify potential applications for seaweed-based ingredients.
- Manage the sales development process, from initial customer engagement to commercial negotiations and order acquisition.
