Your role:
As an Account Manager - Grid Software, you will be part of the Siemens Grid Software team, supporting software and services sales across a portfolio of utility and energy customers in Italy.
You will develop customer relationships, identify digital transformation opportunities, and contribute to business growth across our portfolio, including Grid Operations, Grid Simulation & Resilience, Meter Data Management, Advanced Grid Applications, SaaS solutions, consulting, and software services.
Your day-to-day activities will include account development, consultative selling, and opportunity management,
working closely with customers and international Sales, Presales, Product Management, and service delivery teams to support customer success and Siemens’ growth in the Italian energy market.
You’ll make an impact by:
Strengthen customer engagement by understanding evolving needs and working with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Approximately 3 years of experience in account management, business development, software sales, consulting, or customer-facing commercial roles.
Strong interest in the energy, utilities, digital transformation, or software industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities through a consultative approach.
