To further support and drive this journey, we are transitioning to a horizontal delivery model, aligned to client outcomes. Within this setup,
the Technical Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring that value stream teams have the technical foundations, tooling, infrastructure, and support needed to deliver efficiently and reliably.
We are looking for an IT Support Consultant
The Technical Enablement team is often the last point of escalation when delivery teams encounter technical challenges. As an IT Support Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical partner, helping teams navigate infrastructure, tooling, testing, and configuration-related issues.
You will investigate problems, coordinate with specialist teams when required, and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a structured troubleshooting mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is not a traditional helpdesk role. You will be
